Incorporating a weighing system into your forklifts is arguably the best way to increase productivity in internal logistics tasks, while simultaneously enhancing safety.

Cebriá offers two ranges of weighing systems, one integrated into the hydraulic system of forklifts and a third one entirely autonomous, based on load cells.

Why incorporate weighing systems in your forklifts?

There are several reasons why incorporating a weighing system into a forklift is something worth considering:

By having the weight of the goods being loaded or unloaded, it is possible to detect errors, either in excess or in defect, without having to invest time in weighing them.

On the other hand, some of the systems come with overload detectors and can prevent breakdowns and accidents in the event of exceeding the vehicle’s capacity.

Hydraulic weighing systems

They are installed in the hydraulic circuit of the forklift’s lifting system, so that simply by lifting the load, its weight is displayed on the dedicated screen.

Additionally, there is the option to have thermal printers and Wi-Fi connectivity devices linked to the onboard weighing system.

Weighing systems with load cells

These weighing systems do not require any modifications to the forklifts, pallet jacks, or stackers where they are to be installed

The load cells are integrated into boards, forks, etc., and are entirely independent of the load-moving equipment
